Generating an Open Evaluation

Instructions for RPDs, Designees, and Preceptors to Generate an Open Evaluation Using the Generate On-Demand Evaluation Feature.

The Generate On-Demand button feature allows users to create open evaluations that are available to all eligible preceptors and residents within a residency program for a specified period. Open evaluations can be distributed without assigning a specific evaluator and remain available from the delivery date through the expiration date.

This task can be completed by the RPD, Designee, or Preceptors for residents/learning experiences on their schedule.

Before You Begin

  • Open evaluations are available on tasks lists for completion between the delivery date and expiration date.
