Generating Global Reports
Instructions for RPDs and Designees to generate Global Reports on the Home page.
The Global Reports tab on the PharmAcademic Home page allows users to download reports for one or more sites and programs.
Important: Report data is available only for programs where the user has the RPD and/ or Designee role in PharmAcademic.
The following reports are available:
- Resident Master Schedule
- Overall Evaluation Status
- Overdue Tasks
- All Learning Experiences with Mapped Objectives and Activities
- Current APR Status and Review Notes
- Overall Electronic Resident Development Plan Status
- Residency Policy Attestation Status
Note: These reports are the same as program-specific reports except they include Site and Program columns to support sorting and filtering across multiple programs.
Instructions
- Go to the Global Reports tab.
- Click on the name of the report.
- Select the site/program data to include in the report. When you select a site, all programs associated with that site are automatically selected.
- Apply additional filters such as Academic Year, when available.
- Select the report format when prompted (Resident Master Schedule).
- Click the View Report button.
