Navigating the Home Page
Instructions for users to navigate the Home page in PharmAcademic.
This task allows all users to access programs, complete tasks, and navigate key features available across all associated sites and roles.
Note: The Home page is global and displays information from all programs and sites you are associated with.
Accessing My Sites/Programs
Use the My Sites/Programs drop-down in the header to access program-specific information for any program you are associated with
PharmAcademic Header Navigation
Use the links in the header to navigate throughout PharmAcademic:
- Home: Return to the Home page from any location
- My Profile: Update personal information and view Communication History
- Change Password: Update your password
- Logout: Exit PharmAcademic
- My Portfolio: Access learning experiences, evaluations, resident files, and uploaded documents
- Help Center: Access instructions and training materials
- APR: Complete your Academic and Professional Record
Home Page Tabs
The Home page includes tabs that provide access to key features. The tabs and information displayed vary based on your assigned role within each program.

Global Reports |
RPDs and Designees |
Download reports for one or multiple sites and programs. Data is available only for programs where you have a role that permits access. |

Global APR Review |
RPDs, Designees, APR Reviewer |
Review and manage Electronic APRs for all programs where you have a role that permits access. |

My Schedule |
All users |
View your schedule for all programs you are associated with. |
|
My Learning Experiences |
Preceptor |
View learning experiences that list you on the Learning Experience’s Preceptor tab for all programs where you have a role that permits access. |

My Residents |
RPD, Designee, Preceptor |
View resident data for current residents you are scheduled with at all programs where you are assigned the Preceptor role. RPDs and Designees will see all current residents in programs where they have the RPD and/or Designee role. |

My Progress |
Resident |
View your data for program(s) where you are currently enrolled in PharmAcademic, including feedback, competency progress, development plans, and files. |

Announcements |
All users |
View announcements from McCreadie Group and all programs you are associated with in PharmAcademic. |
