Instructions to receive and view email notifications in PharmAcademic.

This article provides information about receiving system notifications, accessing past communications, and troubleshooting missing email messages.
PharmAcademic sends notifications to your login email address. Note: Users are responsible for maintaining their own contact information. User profile information cannot be updated by an RPD, Designee, or PharmAcademic support. If a user cannot access their account, PharmAcademic support can assist by adding a phone number to the account, allowing the user to receive a password reset link and update their information after logging in.
You may receive notifications for the following tasks/reasons:
- Welcome to PharmAcademic (includes initial password)
- Forgot Password
- Email address changes
- Residency Program Director changes
- Upcoming schedule (residents starting within two weeks)
- Evaluation notifications
- Resident Development Plan updates and reminders
- Co-signature requests
- Available feedback
- Duty hours
- APR requests
- Policy attestations
Undelivered Email
If you are not receiving email from PharmAcademic:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Add support@pharmacademic.com to your contacts.
- Contact your IT department to safelist the email address.
Communication History
The Communications History tab includes a list of all email sent to you from PharmAcademic. To access:
- Click the My Profile link.
- Select the Communication History tab.
- Click the email subject to view the message.
