Submitting the ASHP Annual Resident Survey
Instructions for Residents to complete and submit the ASHP Annual Resident Survey in PharmAcademic.
Residents use these instructions to complete and submit the ASHP Annual Resident Survey; RPDs and Designees use them to monitor completion status.
Before You Begin
- The ASHP Annual Resident Survey is designed to gather feedback from residents on their experience during the current residency year. This feedback is used by ASHP to evaluate residency programs nationwide.
- All responses are anonymous and will only be viewed in aggregate by ASHP.
- Residents are required to submit the Annual Resident Survey prior to completing their program.
Instructions for Completing the Survey
- Receiving the survey: Residents will receive an email notification and task on their PharmAcademic Global Task List 45 days prior to their program end date. Residents who have already been closed out, or whose end date is in the past, will not receive a survey.
- Questions: View survey questions
- Requirement: Residents are required to submit the ASHP Annual Resident Survey prior to completing their program. RPDs will not be able to close out the resident in PharmAcademic until the survey has been submitted.
Monitoring Survey Completion
RPDs/Designees cannot view the survey or the responses. They can monitor survey completion in PharmAcademic by going to Manage Program > Tools > Review ASHP Survey Completion.
