Viewing Residency Program Information

Instructions to view residency program information in PharmAcademic.

All users associated with the residency program can view residency program details.


Access Instructions

  1. Select the My Sites/Programs menu in the header.
  2. Select the Residency Program.
  3. Click the appropriate tab to view program information.

    • Competency Areas
    • Learning Experiences
    • Residents
    • Preceptors and Staff
    • Reports
Program Details Tab

The Program Details tab includes the following information:

  • Program Name and Accreditation Code
  • The name of the Preceptor and Learning Experience Evaluations used by the program
  • Whether or not the program does Allow Preceptors to Select ACHR on Summative Evaluations
  • Whether or not the program does Allow Preceptors to Add and Edit Learning Experiences
  • ASHP Purpose Statement and Residency Description
Competency Areas Tab

The Competency Areas tab displays required and elective Competency areas, Goals and Objectives (CAGOs) for the residency program. You can click View to download a CAGOs report.

Learning Experiences Tab

The Learning Experiences tab lists the learning experiences created for the residency program. The grid displays the learning experience Type, Title, Current Training Site, and assigned Preceptors.

Click the View link to view more detailed information about individual learning experience.

Residents Tab

The Residents tab lists all the residents enrolled in the residency program.

The Residents tab displays for each resident: the Resident’s name, Email address, Start Date and End Date of the resident’s program, the Status, the RPD and the assigned Goals and Objectives.

Click the name of the resident to access the resident viewer. Note: The name will be an active link for users with access (RPD/Designee, preceptors on the resident’s schedule, RAC members, and the resident).

Preceptors and Staff Tab

The Preceptor and Staff tab lists the preceptors and staff associated with the residency program. It includes the user’s Name, Email address, whether the user is a Pharmacist, Role, and a link to the user’s APR form, if you have access.

Click on the name to view additional information. Note: The name will be an active link for users with access (RPD/Designee and the preceptor).

Reports Tab

The Reports tab program-wide reports. Some reports are available to all users, and some can only be reviewed by the RPD and Designee.
