Viewing Residency Program Reports
Instructions to view residency program reports in PharmAcademic.
The Reports tab includes program-wide reports. Some reports are available to all users, and some can only be reviewed by the RPD and Designee.
Access Instructions
- Select the My Sites/Programs menu in the header.
- Select the Residency Program.
- Select the Reports tab.
- Use the arrows to filter the report, if available.
- Download the report.
Residency Program Reports
Available to All Users
Goals and Objectives for Program Planning
Displays program’s objectives to help plan TE assignment. This report will be affected by the CAGO version selected in the header above.
TE Assignment Report for the Program
Indicates which objectives are taught and evaluated (TE) for each learning experience. This report will be affected by the CAGO version selected in the header above.
Resident Master Schedule
Displays the schedule of all residents for the selected year.
Overdue Tasks
Lists all evaluations, evaluation cosign tasks, Duty Hours forms, and Development Plans that are un-submitted and the due date is in the past.
All Learning Experiences with Objectives and Activities
Lists each learning experience with objectives marked as TE and all learning activities. This report will be affected by the CAGO version selected in the header above.
Residency Policy Attestation Status
Includes all enrolled residents and the status of their policy attestation (including completion date if applicable).
Available to RPDs and Designees Only
Send Back for Edit History
Includes the history of each evaluation that was sent back for edit.
Feedback Provided to Residents
Includes data about the feedback added for the residents.
Overall Evaluation Status for the Program
Indicates the status of all scheduled evaluations.
Post Residency Tracking
Displays the Post Residency Tracking records for closed out residents.
User Credentials
Displays credential information added by users in their PharmAcademic Profile.
Preceptor Engagement History
Displays the number of residents who were scheduled with each preceptor for the selected time frame.
ASHP Duty Hours Status for the Program
Includes the status of all Duty Hours forms delivered to residents.
ASHP Duty Hours Responses for the Program
Includes responses from all submitted Duty Hours forms.
Overall Electronic Resident Development Plan Status
Displays the status of all Electronic Resident Development Plans for this program for the selected academic year.
Current APR Status and Review Notes
Includes submission date and review status for the latest APR submission for all current program preceptors.
ResiTrak Reports
The RPD, Designees, and Surveyors can access historical residency program information (prior to 2015) via the “ResiTrak Viewer” by clicking the View Historical ResiTrak Reports for this Program button.
You can review learning experience, preceptor, and resident-specific reports. The information is read-only; you cannot edit it.
