Adding New Dispensing Pharmacies/Locations To Vestigo

During the EHR implementation, the Vestigo Implementation Specialist assists sites in mapping EHR dispensing pharmacies or care locations (nomenclature depends on the type of interface) to a unique Vestigo facility. This involves identifying all possible locations where investigational meds can be dispensed from and determining what Vestigo facility those should route to.

As organizations grow, additional dispensing pharmacies or care locations can be added. If those locations are created with the intention of dispensing investigational meds, it may be appropriate to map those new locations to a Vestigo facility.

If sites do need to add additional location mappings to Vestigo, they should email support@mccreadiegroup.com with the following information

1. Name of the new dispensing pharmacy or care location
2. The Vestigo facility that the new location should map to
3. If sites have an inpatient and outpatient interface, they will need to define which interface the messages be sent over.
