After adding the protocol, the user is navigated to the protocol to continue the build of the protocol. The first step is the Main tab where users can modify and/or add study identifiers. If the IRB information has been entered in your CTMS will populate on this tab. The Protocol Number, Second ID and Third ID will be populated based on discussions prior to implementation.
All protocol specific identifiers including numbers from ClinicalTrials.gov and CTMS will populate in the Protocol Identifiers grid.
Depending on the type of interface setup, CTMS Specific Protocol Identifiers will be listed if they are available.
- For interfaces with OnCore: IRB Numbers, Hospital Account Numbers and Internal Account Numbers will populate if available.
- For interfaces with Clinical Conductor: Department Code, Fund Number and Project Number will populate if available.
- For interfaces with Velos: Velos IRB Number
