Application Administration Series Outline

This Vestigo Learning Academy series is for all Vestigo users where we cover a plethora of information including but not limited to navigation, best practices, inventory and transactions, application administration, and the protocol levels and tabs. 

It aims to enhance user proficiency by providing foundational knowledge of Vestigo. Users will learn how to efficiently manage and utilize the system's features, ensuring accuracy and consistency in their work, and helping users gain confidence in using Vestigo for their daily tasks.

Intended Audience

Vestigo System Administrators - New and existing users

Goal

Users will understand how to use and navigate Application Administration for their site or a facility.

Objectives

At the end of training, the user will understand:

1. Understanding the roles and permissions of Vestigo
2. How to add or modify Vestigo User accounts
3. The various settings that can be modified site wide or at a facility level
4. Learn how to use administrative reporting, including audit global audit logs
