Deleting A Recorded Scan From Chain Of Custody Workflow
Once a scan is recorded to a step in a chain of custody workflow, the scan record cannot be removed.
If a user accidentally recorded a scan in a step, it is recommended that they record the correct scan type under the correct step and contact the local IDS pharmacy to let them know.
