E-Packing Slip File Standard & Import Tool Webinar

McCreadie is proud to introduce a new universal E-Packing Slip file standard to automate and streamline the exchange of inventory data from RTMS systems to Vestigo. We are leveraging our reputation as a trustworthy partner to bridge all stakeholders – Sponsors, IRTs, and Sites – to create a consistent, industry-wide data standard for communicating IP inventory details.

How does it work? Upon shipment receipt confirmation, a standard file with the shipment’s context and IP inventory details will be downloaded from the RTMS. Users can then import the file through a new tool in Vestigo, eliminating manual data entry and transcription. Detailed shipment data will populate in Vestigo, available for the user to view and confirm. This new packing slip file format and functionality will save valuable time for IDS staff, support consistent standard processes, reduce transcription errors, and align IP details between the RTSM and Vestigo from the point of accountability. 

Currently, the Import Tool is disabled in Vestigo while we engage with all stakeholders to finalize this integrative functionality. Industry partners are working to release the first exportable packing slips, expected in early 2025.
