This article provides an overview of Vestigo’s competency reports, including the permissions required to access them. These reports help teams monitor competency assignments, completion history, upcoming expirations, and user restrictions across facilities. From protocol-specific competency summaries to pharmacy training records and expiring competency tracking, the reports support compliance, accountability, and visibility into staff training status and readiness.
Required Permissions
CompetencyManagement - Navigate to Competency Management under Protocol Management. Ability to manage competencies, view completions and download reports.
Note - Users will need a role with the report permission per facility they should have access to in order to generate reports for that facility. If a user has a role with these permissions in less than all facilities at that client site, when they select “All Facilities”, the report will only include data for those facilities they have access to, not all facilities actually available within the client site.

| Pharmacy Training Records | Available to run for all competencies or for a single competency; returns the competency completion for all eligible users on a Protocol. This report is also available to Vestigo Verify users. | |
