Intended Audience
New or current Vestigo end users that want training on basic inventory management.
Goal
Gain a better understanding of inventory management best practices at both the global and protocol levels and apply them effectively.
Objectives
At the end of training, the user will understand:
- Users will be able to perform accurate and efficient inventory cycle counts, ensuring real-time visibility and reconciliation of investigational drug stock levels.
- Users will learn how to manage and document inventory Send-Outs between sites or departments, maintaining chain-of-custody and audit readiness while supporting multi-site protocol operations.
- Users will learn how to use the Drug or Shipment Research Search feature to locate and review detailed records of investigational products and their associated shipments. This enables efficient tracking, verification, and resolution of inventory or protocol-related inquiries.
- Users will understand how to handle temperature monitoring documentation and manage excursions, ensuring investigational products remain within required storage conditions and that any deviations are properly recorded and addressed.
