After a protocol has been linked to a CTMS protocol, the connection can be broken if it is appropriate. Once the connection is broken, the interface will no longer update that protocol. All interface managed fields and participants will be managed by the IDS pharmacy.
- Navigate to the protocol
- Click on Edit Protocol
- Click on Edit for the CTMS Identifier
- Update the Identifier text to NA or another variation of text approved at the site
- Click Save
