Protocol Arms will be loaded from the CTMS interface only when creating the protocol using a CTMS Protocol Number. Once the protocol is created, the arms will never update from the CTMS interface again.
This is by design, and allows the pharmacy to manage arms differently than what might be needed in the CTMS. If any new arms or edits to arms are needed in Vestigo, users will need to do this manually.
If the protocol number is added later after protocol creation, the arms will not automatically populate.
