Adding Or Removing A Chain Of Custody Workflow On A Protocol Order Build

Once a workflow has been created, it can be used on any protocol for any order. 

Adding a Workflow to a Protocol Order

1. Navigate to the protocl
2. Click on Edit Protocol
3. Click to the Drugs and Orders tab
4. Locate the Order and click Edit
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the Order build and locate the Default Workflow section
6. Click Add Default Chain of Custody Workflow
   
7. A window will open displaying all active workflows
8. Locate the Workflow and click Assign (Note: only 1 workflow per Order build)
9. Click Submit to save the Order

Removing a Workflow From a Protocol Order

Removing a workflow from a protocol order does not impact historical dispenses where the workflow was used. 

1. Navigate to the protocl
2. Click on Edit Protocol
3. Click to the Drugs and Orders tab
4. Locate the Order and click Edit
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the Order build and locate the Default Workflow section
6. Click on Remove Default Chain of Custody Workflow
7. Click Submit to save the Order
