Managing Protocol Sponsor Types

Users with appropriate permissions are able to add or modify existing Protocol Sponsor Types.

Permissions Needed

AdminMain – Access the application administrative menu

EditClientandFacilitySettings - Along with App Admin, this permission should enable/disable the "Edit Client and Facility Settings" page

ProtocolSponsorTypes - Application Administration > Edit Client and Facility Settings > Protocol Sponsor Types. Ability to manage protocol sponsor types.

Adding a Protocol Sponsor Type

1. Navigate to Application Administration
2. Click on Edit and Client Facility Settings
3. Click on Protocol Sponsor Types under Client Settings on the right side
4. Click on Add New
5. Enter the description of the new Protocol Sponsor Types
6. Click Save

Editing a Protocol Sponsor Type

1. Navigate to Application Administration
2. Click on Edit and Client Facility Settings
3. Click on Protocol Sponsor Types under Client Settings on the right side
4. Click on Edit for the Protocol Sponsor Type that needs to be modified
5. Update the name as needed
6. Click Save

Deleting a Protocol Sponsor Type

1. Navigate to Application Administration
2. Click on Edit and Client Facility Settings
3. Click on Protocol Sponsor Types under Client Settings on the right side
4. Click on Delete for the Protocol Sponsor Types that needs to be deleted
