Vestigo provides the means for sites to bulk update document visibility on a protocol. If documents were uploaded over time that were meant to be visible to the protocol or the monitor, you can update the visibility of each category of documents.
- Navigate to the protocol
- Click on Protocol Documents or Transaction Documents
- Click on Manage
- In the category you want to modify, select Yes or No from the drop down menu
- Then check the Monitors, Protocol, or check both flags
- Click Save.
All the documents uploaded into that category will be modified to the visibility settings that the user set.
