Modifying a participant's Date of Birth (DOB)

To modify the Date of birth for a participant, you will need to follow these steps:

1. Hover over the Search Subject and Rx's in the Global Navigation Bar
2. Click on Search by Subject
3. Search for the participant by using their name, medical record number or a Subject Study Number
4. Click Edit to the left of the participant you wish to modify
5. Adjust the Date of Birth to the correct date
6. Scroll down and click Save Full Profile
