Monitor Visit Audit Log Viewer

When a Vestigo user modifies a Monitor Visit, it records the user, the date and time, and what they modified. This provides better compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and also maintaining a record that can be reviewed internally. The Monitor Visit Audit Log Viewer displays changes across all monitor visits at the site.

 

Permissions Needed

AdminMain – Access the application administrative menu

 

Accessing the Monitor Visit Audit Log Viewer

  1. Hover your mouse over Main at the top right of the screen and click on Application Administration
  2. Click on Monitor Visit Audit Log Viewer under Audit Log Viewers
  3. You can search one of two ways
  4. By the searching by the Protocol Number (P#)
    1. Enter the ID of the Protocol. If your Protocol is P5, enter 5.
    2. Click Search
  5. By applying Date filters
    1. Adjust the date filters as needed
    2. Click Search
  6. Optionally, you click the Report link to download a PDF of the displayed information
