When a Vestigo user accesses a participant's profile, it records the user, the date and time, and what they viewed. This provides better compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, and also maintaining a record that can be reviewed internally.
Permissions Needed
AdminMain – Access the application administrative menu
ParticipantProfileAccessAuditTrail – Ability to view the audit trail for participants.
Accessing the Participant Profile Access Log Viewer
- Hover your mouse over Main at the top right of the screen and click on Application Administration
- Click on Participant Profile Access Audit Trail under Audit Log Viewers
- Enter the participant's MRN number
It is recommended to be an exact search, or you may get multiple participants in your results.
