Patient Audit Log Viewer

When a Vestigo user modifies a participant's profile, it records the user, the date and time, and what they modified. This provides better compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and also maintaining a record that can be reviewed internally.

 

Permissions Needed

AdminMain – Access the application administrative menu

 

Accessing the Patient Audit Log Viewer

  1. Hover your mouse over Main at the top right of the screen and click on Application Administration
  2. Click on Patient Audit Log Viewer under Audit Log Viewers
  3. You can search one of two ways
  4. By the participant's MRN number
    1. Enter the participant's MRN number
    2. Click Search
  5. By applying Date filters
      1. Adjust the date filters as needed

        It is recommended to be an exact search, or you may get multiple participants in your results.

      2. Click Search
  6. Optionally, you click the Report link to download a PDF of the displayed information
     This information in this report generated contains participant information. Please exercise caution in sharing this report.
