Patient/Subject Search Restrictions

The Patient Search Restrictions flag limits permitted participant search results when searching and enrolling participants. This is used in cases where visibility to participant records must be limited by user facility permissions.

Be default, all patient/subjects entered into Vestigo can be used in any protocol or facility within your site's instance of Vestigo. Users from one facility can search for this patient and view dispense records associated to another facility where dispensing may have happened.

If this setting is enabled, a participant may need to be entered into the system more than once with different Medical Record Numbers (MRN) to support proper separation.
