Correcting Inventory Received under the Incorrect Drug Build

If you accidentally received drug under the incorrect drug build, site users can take steps to correct the error.

1. Navigate to the protocol
2. Click on the Inventory Tab
3. Click on Adjust Inventory
4. Select the drug from the drop down menu
5. Make the required selections, including select all drug as appropriate, the reason code, and any accountability comment
   

   It is recommended to use the Data Entry Correction reason for the adjust down and add a descriptive comment about wrong inventory received and re-receiving inventory under the correct drug build.

6. For any additional inventory from other drug builds that needs adjustments, you will want to adjust those as well.
7. Re-receive the inventory. Be sure to Adjust the service date of the receive back to the original receive date. It is recommended to include a descriptive comment but not required.
8. Carefully review the DARFs to make sure they are accurate.
