CTMS Updates
For protocols linked to CTMS, updates from the CTMS to Vestigo will occur every 2-3 hours, or when the “Update from CTMS” link is selected on the Protocol Identifier grid, Contact’s tab, or Patient/Subjects tab of a Protocol.The interface will automatically update Protocol Contacts, Protocol Identifiers, Protocol Title, Lead Sponsor, Status, Phase, and Protocol Design.
Participant Enrollment
Participant and Participant Enrollment records are never updated by the interface. All changes must be confirmed by a user.
Sponsor Updates
If primary sponsor information is changed in CTMS, it will update Vestigo. Vestigo can only
accommodate one sponsor name.
Vestigo Audit Trail
All changes are captured in the Audit Trail and attributed to the Interface as the user who made the change. If a user triggers an update, they will be attributed as the modifying user in the Audit Trail. Audit Trail updates are visible on the Protocol Audit Trail, and in the Address Book for contacts that are updated.
