Updates To Vestigo Verify Login (External Monitors Only)
Effective April 24, 2024, Vestigo Verify users will log in using Okta, an identity management solution that is integrated within Vestigo.
Monitors with existing Vestigo Verify accounts will continue login to Vestigo Verify (monitor.vestigo.biz) with their email and password, but they will need to add a security question to their account. In addition to providing an additional layer of security, the answer to the security question will be required if they need to unlock their account.
Additionally, when monitors request a new password, they will be sent an email from Okta with instructions on how to change their password.
Please note, this change does not affect study coordinators, internal reviewers, and/or protocol-specific users accessing [clientname].vestigo.biz. Monitors do not login at client sites; monitors are not subject to SSO.
