Vestigo Version 5.3.1 Point Release

Upgrades to Send Out Inventory
Vestigo Send Out Inventory is used to ship Investigational Product between facilities. To maximize use of this process and provide a complete workflow, the following functionality will be added:
  • For Billing - sites can standardize all appropriate study shipment fees
  • New Send Out Workload - sites can record the effort, in minutes
  • New Accountability Log Comment Field – the sending facility can include a note on the DARF
 
New “Shipment Receipt”
A new report called “Shipment Receipt” will be added for completed receives. This report will include the details of the receive from a supplier or an internal Inventory Send Out and can serve as electronic documentation of receipt. For completed Inventory Send Outs, both the sending and receiving facility can generate the new Shipment Receipt.
 
Protocol Blinding Field
A new optional, information-only field will display in the Protocol Header indicating that the protocol is blinded. It provides a visual queue to users, but there is no functionality associated with the field. Users can update this field in the Main tab of Edit Protocol.
 
Default Inventory Label Printer
Sites can set a default Label Printer for inventory transactions. This allows sites to use smaller labels for inventory transactions. If you want to modify your current pick/stock and/or inventory labels to accommodate smaller labels, please contact support.
 
New Contact Role “Sub Investigator (FDA)”
A new contact role will be added to align Vestigo terminology with FDA definitions and investigators. This role is available when enrolling patients, receiving inventory, and dispensing.
 
Reporting API
The McCreadie Group is preparing to release a reporting API in September 2021. The help documentation for the API is available under Help and Support > Vestigo API Help Docs.
