Vestigo Version 5.4.1 Point Release
Release Date: February 9, 2023
The Vestigo Version 5.4.1 Release includes the following new functionality and general corrections.
E-Signature PIN requirement with 2nd Verification
In our Vestigo Version 5.3.4 release, we introduced E-Signature to the initial dispensing verification step which allows sites to capture PIN or Biometric Scanner validation. In this release, for sites using the E-Sig functionality, users will be required to enter PIN or Biometric Scan at the time of 2nd Verify and edits to the dispense page. This update will also include the verifying user’s account information including their First Name, Last Name, and Username on the screen as well as within the audit trail pathway. This additional step will allow for greater audit logging transparency, assist sites with meeting industry standards, and present the necessary data in user-friendly format.
Protocol Add and Edit ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT) and CTMS Identifiers
We frequently get support emails requesting that we add, edit, or link up studies to specific NCT or CTMS identifiers. While we are more than happy to assist with these requests, this release will allow users to perform these functions directly on the protocol. Providing users with these functionalities will not only be a real-time update option, the modifications will also be captured in the study audit trail.
