Update to the Vestigo Okta Identity Engine

The major update in this release is an upgrade to the Vestigo Okta Security platform. Vestigo utilizes the Okta Identity Engine to provide flexible support for various authentication and security requirements. This upgrade supports improvements to the Vestigo user experience when establishing an authentication method for login, activating user accounts, and more.

Other minor updates in this version:

  • Vestigo Reporting API has been updated to include the NDC field for inventory Transactions and Protocol Inventory
  • The Shipment Receipt report (detailed version) is corrected to properly display Ordering Investigator Name.
  • An Application Error when adding a new Chain of Custody workflow under Application Administration is resolved.
  • An issue where inactivating a Billing Account was causing it to also no longer display on protocols where it was still in active use has been fixed.

Help Center

Vestigo documentation and manuals have moved to the Vestigo Help Center. The help center will allow you to search all the documents for a specific topic rather than looking for the needed document. The Vestigo help center also includes videos. You will be able to submit a ticket using a form found in the Help Center. You will still be able to call support (734) 548-9007 Option #2 and email support at support@mccreadiegroup.com . This gives users three ways to contact support. From the Vestigo Help Center you will be able to access the Vestigo Verify Help Center and view the documentation related to Vestigo Verify.
