Vestigo Version 5.5.2 Patch Release

Vestigo Version Point 5.5.2 Release Notes

Release Date: Friday April 19, 2024

Update for Sites on SSO SAML:

For sites on SSO SAML login to Vestigo, when you add a new user to Vestigo after the transition to SSO, the new user will no longer receive an email to activate their Vestigo account. Instead, they will navigate to Vestigo (https://(clientname).vestigo.biz) and be prompted to set up a security question/answer. Reactivated users who have not activated their account, will receive a Vestigo Activate Account email to complete before going to the Vestigo site.

If you would like to find out more about SSO SAML, please email support@mccreadiegroup.com.

News about Clinical Trials.gov

Users may not find results when using the NCT Search when adding Protocols to Vestigo. There are currently a series of planned service disruptions by ClinicalTrials.gov as they begin the process of migrating to the updated API that was approved in February. We are currently planning to move to using the new API prior to its retirement in June 2024. If you encounter no search results, please try again later, or add your protocol manually and add the NCTID as a Protocol Identifier so it can be updated when the service is restored.
