Assigning inventory to a patient during a Send Out
When assigning inventory to a patient during a send out, only the quantity being added to the shipment will be assigned. After the inventory is added to the shipment details, additional inventory cannot be assigned from the same inventory line item to the send out. It can only be included in the send out as general inventory.
In instances where multiple patients need to be assigned from the same inventory, it is best to do an immediate transfer and assign it to the patient and then create the send out, or you can do multiple send outs.
The assignment will appear on the DARF under the original receipt and will show as an inventory edit with the comment "assigned during send out." The inventory edit will be processed and the items will be marked as patient-specific once the receiving site confirms the send out. [REF# 103275]
Enhancements and Fixes
- When removing a facility from a protocol, the associated receives completed under that facility will remain on the Receive Inventory screen. [REF# 105114]
- Users will no longer receive an error message when adding accountability log comments to a completed receive. [REF# 104985]
- Resolved an issue where users encountered an error when accessing the Billing Portal in Vestigo.[REF# 104437]
- Updates were made to the Vestigo login authentication for sites that utilize Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This will not affect sites that utilize Single Sign On (SSO), or Vestigo Auth. [REF# 103913]
