Updated NCI DARF Expiration
With the release of the new version of the National Cancer Institute (NCI) DARF, we have extended the expiration date for both the NCI and NCI Oral DARF templates to November 30, 2027, aligning with the NCI's new timeline. [REF# 105411]
Update to the Certificate of Destruction
Patient initials have been removed from the Certificate of Destruction, but the Patient Subject Number (PSN) will remain visible in the Return Source column. [REF# 66911]
