New Action Required when Building a New Protocol to Help Improve Accuracy on Drug Accountability Record Forms (DARFs)

When building a new protocol, users must now select "Yes" or "No" for the "Protocol Requires Inventory Tracking by Ordering Investigator" field on the Local tab of Edit Protocol. Prior to the update, the field was defaulted to "No." After the update, a selection is required, and users will not be able to receive inventory on the protocol until a selection is made. Please note, this change will not impact any existing settings on protocols that were previously built. [REF# – 103180]

 

Enhancements and Fixes

  • PSN column added to the Bulk Decrease Inventory or Bulk Transfer grids to allow users to view any associated PSNs for patient specific inventory. [REF# – 103184]
  • Inventory Unit column added to Inventory Requiring Shipment Receipt Verification grid to allow sites to ensure shipment was received using the correct quantity against the inventory unit. [REF# – 103059]
  • When updating a study from CTMS, Vestigo will no longer update the IRB Expiration if the value is not present in CTMS. [REF# – 103260]
  • When adding a budget template for the header or footer, users will no longer see inactive templates as options in the drop-down list. [REF# – 102518]
  • After editing the title of a protocol obtained via CTMS (specifically Clinical Conductor), selecting "Update from CTMS" should revert the title back to the value originally found by the interface. [REF# – 103140]
