Permissions Needed
AdminMain – Access the application administrative menu
Downtime – Ability to search and view downtime with description
Accessing the Downtime Viewer
- Hover your mouse over Main at the top right of the screen and click on Application Administration
- Click on Downtime Tracker under Client and Facility
- Adjust the filters as needed
- Click Search
