Vestigo Version 5.2 Release

This release contains updates to Vestigo Verify such as:

• Monitor Visit Templates: Build templates to populate site and facility-specific information into automated email communications to the monitor. Upon accepting a visit, the site can select the template to be included.
• Monitor Action Items: Communicate and resolve issues identified during monitor visits through a new Action Alert queue.
• Schedule Upcoming Monitor Visits: Using the site’s availability entered on the calendar, monitors can request a visit directly through Vestigo Verify and include important details such as the visit type, purpose, and notes. Requests can be accepted or denied by the site.

This release also contains updates for Vestigo including:

• Expanded Temperature Documents: Temperature Logs have been expanded into Temperature Documents to capture additional document-types with 5 new sub-headers
• Interactive Calendar:
  • Add events such as audits, licensure expiration dates, regulatory reminders, SIVs and PSVs to the calendar utilizing the Ad-hoc Event feature. Events can be set as one-time or recurring and include a description.
  • Patient visits queued on the profile can be processed on the calendar to better visualize and organize daily workflows. You can communicate upcoming dispense information through new Notes and Visit Schedule fields
