Create and download Vestigo Protocol Budgets for potential protocols. Saved budgets can be used as the template for the protocol's billing fees.

Protocol Checklist

Create Vestigo Protocol Checklists for various activities like study start up, audit preparation, and close out.

Build checklists or use checklist templates to assign tasks to users, attach documents, and apply due dates.

Users can document completion date and details for assigned tasks with a new user specific alert option.

Protocol Close-Out Workflow

An updated workflow for closing a protocol to guide users through a detailed process.

Use a pre-built Protocol Vestigo Close Out Checklist to ensure completeness, capture close out fees, review, and process remaining inventory on hand, in quarantine and returns, unenroll patients, and manage billing accounts.

Patient Drug Return Requirements for Prescriptions

Set Order Builds to require a prescription return within a set number of days, set to navigate to the Prescription Return screen to document specific disposition of Return or Destruction.

The Download Protocol Orders report will assist sites in identifying affected orders.

Specify if a patient return must be completed on or after dispensing.

Outstanding patient returns that are past the expected date with an option to override.

Requiring Drug Return/Quarantine Verifications

Specify on a drug build to require another user to verify prescription returns or inventory quarantines, with an option to override, before recording destruction or return to sponsor.

New alert of returns and quarantined inventory awaiting verification.

Requiring Shipment Receipt Verifications

Specify at the facility level, protocol level, and/or drug level if a drug Shipment Receipt requires additional verification before being completed. Allow self-verification after a pre-determined time limit and overrides.

• Option to specify a contact Start and Stop Date for Contacts on a protocol.
• Allow users to inactivate unused contacts in the Address Book.
• Allow sites to set Document Visibility Setting defaults (visible to monitor, visible on protocol) for the client site (across all facilities).
• Allow sites to set Protocol Local tab values for new protocol builds at the facility level.
• Create an option to display upcoming vs completed Patient Visits
• Expand information on the Calendar for Patient Visits
• Update the Competency Alert to default user specific Alert to only display Hard Stop competencies with option to filter.
• Display a note in the DARF when returns are edited to alert the reviewer to review the audit log.
• Include Hazardous and Local Drug Assessment on Send Out and Shipment Receipt screens.
• Allow sites to Close Monitor Visits even if Action Items are not documented as Complete by the monitor (site must respond to Action Items).
• Allow users to add longer email addresses for contacts in the Address Book.
• Add navigation to edit the Patient Visit directly on the Patient Visit alert.
• Expand Randomization Instructions and Inventory Instructions fields on the Local tab to view information more easily.
• Improve filtering on the Quality Check alert screen; also removed the Quality Check Report link in the alert (report is still available under Inventory Reports).
• Redesign the Rx Detail panel to clearly identify prescription details, patient returns, Chain of Custody (if available), EMR interface (if available) and emphasize label reprints.
• Add a column for “Voided Date” (for voided prescriptions) to the Protocol Dispensed Inventory Report.
• Add new columns including Cycle Count Interval Days to the Protocol Download Drugs report.
• Protocol Dispensing History Report (Excel Download (Dispensings Only)): New columns for “Requires Return”, and “Return Completed”.

• Protocol Inventory Report: “Verification Required” column will now also display “Not Required”, “Required”, “Not Complete", or “Required, Complete”
• Protocol Drug Status Report: New columns for “Requires Quarantine Verification”, “Allow Self-Verification for Shipment Receipts”, “Self-Verification Delay (Minutes)”, “Quantity in Returns-Unverified”, “Quantity in Quarantine – Unverified". Existing columns will be modified to indicate if “Verified/Not Requiring Verification” for Return/Quarantine.
• Dispensed Inventory Report: New columns for “Patient Return Required”, “Patient Return Recorded”, “Return Dismissed”, “Return Dismissed By”, “Return Dismissed Comments”, and “Return Dismissed Date”.
• Budget Report: this is a new report available to support the newly added Vestigo Budget functionality. It is available at the protocol level and within Billing Reports.
• Download Protocol Drugs Report: New columns for “Requires Return Verification”, Requires Quarantine Verification”, Requires Shipment Receipt Verification”, “Allow Self-Verification for Shipment Receipts”, and “Self-Verification Delay (Minutes)”.
• Protocol Drug Status Report: New columns for “Requires Return Verification”, “Requires Quarantine Verification”, “Requires Shipment Receipt Verification”, “Allow Self-Verification for Shipment Receipts”, and “Self-Verification Delay (Minutes).
• Shipment Receipts Report – Summary: New columns for “Shipment Receipt Verification Required”, and “Verification Complete”.
• Shipment Receipts Report – Detailed: New columns for “Shipment Receipt Verification Required”, “Verification Complete”, “Verification Required”, and “Verified By”.
• Download Protocols: New columns for “Protocol Mode” (Build/Live), Close Out Storage Location, and “Shipment Receipt Verification Required.”
